Apr 01, 2016 · Orginial construction subfloor is particle board. Has vinyl tiles also from the 1970s on top. I removed a few tiles today and the came right up.. were not adhered hardly at all to the SF due to the moisture. Several floor sections are sagging and obviously rotted.
